Welcome to PenguinDMs, a product operated under ContentLinkify LLC (Florida, USA).
By accessing or using PenguinDMs, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
PenguinDMs helps users manage and send direct messages on Slack efficiently. These terms explain what you can and can’t do when using the platform.
To use PenguinDMs, you must:
Provide accurate information when creating an account.
Be of legal age to form a binding contract in your country.
Keep your login credentials safe and private.
You’re responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us right away.
We want PenguinDMs to stay safe and reliable for everyone. You agree not to use PenguinDMs to:
Send spam, harassing, or misleading messages.
Promote or handle restricted industries like adult content, gambling, drugs, weapons, or loans.
Violate Slack’s Terms of Service or API policies.
Scrape or misuse data from Slack workspaces.
If misuse is detected, we’ll issue a warning first. Continued or serious violations may result in suspension or account removal.
PenguinDMs offers paid plans. All prices are listed in USD and may change as we improve the platform.
Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided that the user has not sent or consumed a significant portion of their DM quota. After active use, refunds may not be possible.
Payments are processed securely. For now, early users may pay directly; in the future, payments will be handled through Stripe.
You can stop using PenguinDMs anytime.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Repeatedly violate our policies
Misuse the platform for spam or restricted industries
Attempt to harm or exploit the service
We’ll normally issue a warning first, unless the violation is severe.
All content, branding, and code related to PenguinDMs are owned by ContentLinkify LLC.
You retain ownership of your own DM messages and workspace data. Using PenguinDMs doesn’t give you any rights to our trademarks, visuals, or source code.
PenguinDMs is provided on an “as-is” basis. We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
We’re not responsible for:
Any issues caused by Slack’s own system or policy changes
Loss of data, downtime, or indirect damages caused by misuse
You use PenguinDMs at your own discretion and risk.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page, or probably notify you through email or dashboard.
If the changes are major, we’ll notify users by email or through the app before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, under ContentLinkify LLC.
