At PenguinDMs, we believe in being fair and transparent with our users. Our goal is to make sure you have a positive experience while keeping our operations sustainable.

This Refund Policy explains when you’re eligible for a refund and how requests are handled.

PenguinDMs operates under ContentLinkify LLC (Florida, USA). By purchasing or using our product, you agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund within 3 days of your purchase if:

  • You have not sent or consumed a significant portion of your DM quota.

  • You haven’t used the tool for active campaigns or bulk messaging.

Once your account has been actively used or a large number of messages have been sent, refunds may no longer be possible.

All refund requests are reviewed manually to ensure fairness for both users and our team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Active Use: If you’ve already sent a significant number of DMs or used most of your quota.

  • Policy Violations: If your account has been used for spam, harassment, or restricted industries (adult, gambling, drugs, etc.).

  • Slack Restrictions: If your Slack account or workspace is limited, banned, or suspended by Slack.

These rules exist to keep PenguinDMs fair and sustainable for all users.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@penguindms.com with:

  • Your full name

  • The email linked to your account

  • A short reason for the refund request

We review every request manually and aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you ever face an issue with your payment or account, please contact us first at support@penguindms.com.
We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without reaching out to us first may lead to temporary account suspension while the matter is reviewed.

We work with our payment providers to resolve disputes in line with this refund policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy as PenguinDMs evolves. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date at the top.

If there are major changes, we’ll notify users by email or inside the app before they take effect.
